We stayed in a newer block of apartments that the Regina Park have, theses were very nice, however, the bathroom door would not shut and the light in the bedroom did not work. We were only there for 2 days so this was not really a problem, however if we were there for a week it may have become a problem.

The location near Bora Bora beach is excellent, very quiet hotel away from the excitement of Ibiza but close enough to get involved
Our room was not cleaned once in 5 days, No fresh towels provided throughout

I liked how close the hotel was to the beach - about a five minute walk
The member of staff who met us when we arrived at 9pm was rude and didn't show us to our room. The room was dirty. The shower didn't work. The oven didn't work. The fridge didn't work. The fridge was mended when we asked, however the oven was not. Given that this was advertised as a self-catering apartment, having no cooking facilities meant that we were forced to pay for meals out - something that we hadn't factored into our budget.

the location was good, bed comfortable
shower was pretty awful, cockroaches in the kitchen, generally unclean, staff unhelpful and not obvious who was in charge of the place.

- The apartment was big, all of the kitchen tools were available so that you can cook your food, no one cared about who you bring to the room
The receptionists barely know English.

The location, not too far from Den Bossa beach.
The reception was the worst part of our stay especillay after midnight, the guy was sooo rude and was not helpful at all. Very very bad start at a place where you are supposed to have lots of fun.

The staff were very friendly and welcomming.
1. There was no lighting in the building. Very dangerous if you come at night. Any body can enter the building, no reception open during the night, neither a gard to take care of the building. 2. There were cockroaches in our room.

The staff are all very friendly and helpfull..esp the bar staff! We enjoyed our stay in Regina Park. The distance from the apartments to the clubs and beach is only a short distance away. The apartments are all well equiped. We will be back to Regina park next yr!!

The staff was not friendly at all. Wifi did not work for any one in my group. The apartment was supposed to sleep 6, but only slept 5; one room had two twins and the other only had one twin (the website showed 2 twins in both rooms.) There were bugs in one of the rooms. When we asked for clean towels, we were told they had none.

The room was basic but fitted 6 people which was good and were fine for a place to drink and sleep. We looked out over the pool and our balcony was massive. They are located a short walk away from the beach, shops and restaurants but are quiet enough to relax in. For the price I thought they were good apartments. There is a little bar just outside the entrance that I would recommend, very friendly staff. The resort is great and much better than San Antonio in my opinion.
I'd put on my booking that we wouldn't be arriving until 1am, when we got there the reception was closed and locked! There was a note on the door saying late check in please call this number, when we rang the person couldn't speak English. Luckily there was a Spanish guy who had seen us and he spoke on the phone for us. Someone came about 20 mins later and let us in but it was quite scary for a while thinking we had nowhere to sleep! They also took 50 euros each from us as a deposit incase we broke anything which seemed way over the top considering how basic the rooms are. When you are on a budget loosing 50 euros from your spending money is a shock! But we got it back on check out before they had even checked our room which seemed strange. The room had 2 single beds, a sofa and a pull out underneath, and a very small double bed.
